If your title deed is under a trust, company etc then you will be required to prepare a proxy letter.
The proxy letter is to provide authority to only one person to sign off on the plans and submission documents for your project.
In this case where a proxy is appointed then only the appointed proxy will sign the council submission forms and any other relevant document which may be requested from time to time.
Please also note that proxy letters are only valid for 6 months after the date the signatures where obtained, after which another proxy letter will be required to be drawn up if needs be.
